Construction Process

Construction will be completed in two stages, Civil Works followed by Main Works.

Civil Works

Civil works, also known as early works, commenced at the beginning of September 2023 and are now complete.

We contracted Delta Group to undertake civil activities, which involved site preparation, foundation works, bulk excavation, implementation of waterproof membrane and establishment of concrete slab on ground. These preliminary tasks were carried out to ensure the site is ready for the first stage of main construction works, which are now underway.

Main Works

Now that civil works are complete and pre-sales requirements have been met, the main building works have commenced. The overall construction program for The Albertine expected to be completed in mid-2027.

Main works construction will be carried out by Mirvac Construction in the following stages:

1. Main building structure
2. Facade
3. Services and finishes
4. Landscaping
