Mirvac purchased the vacant site at 31 Queens Road in May 2022 with a planning permit already in place since 2017 for 142 apartments. Mirvac then amended the permit and received planning permission to deliver 98 all-electric apartments and exclusive amenities such as a pool, gym and a residents’ lounge in September 2022. Situated between Queens Road and Queens Lane in the inner-city St Kilda precinct, The Albertine responds to the surge in demand for homes in prime locations with proximity to the CBD, parks and other social infrastructure.
